Residence Lacona – Three Stars – Island of Elba
The swimming pool of Residence Lacona is located at the heart of lush gardens, immersed in the typical Tuscan countryside. Thanks to its generous size and its original white travertine flooring, a work of the famous Florentine architect Guido Ciompi, is the ideal place for spending hours of relax away from the crowded beach of Lacona. Equipped with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas, the pool has the right dimensions ( 25 x 12 metres) and depth for those who love swimming. On one side the wide steps allow to sit and benefit of the whirlpool area.Children have also their pool, which is not deep and allows them to have fun in the water safely and at short distance from parents.
At night the lighted pool offers a beautiful and evocative view to those who like to stay on the terrace of the bar and it’s the ideal surrounding to end a day spent at the seaside or discovering the most authentic part of Elba.
The big swimming pool and the children pool are fresh water, a nice alternative to the “flavour of salt” which remains on your skin after a swim in the sea of Lacona.
