To offer you a more practical and convenient vacation by the sea of the Island of Elba, these apartments are close to the beach and have an equipped kitchenette, bed and bathroom linen, direct-dial telephone, TV.

Thanks to a varied assortment of vacation apartments, Residence Lacona can comfortably accommodate families, groups of sports-loving friends and couples seeking relaxation and independence in the extraordinary scenic nature of the Island of Elba.

The Residence Formula package includes accommodations only with weekly change of bed and bath linens and final cleaning. Discounted meal tickets available.

Apartments: located on the ground, first or second floors in different buildings surrounding the hotel. All apartments come with a TV, kitchenette with 2 electric burners, bathroom with shower, balcony or terrace furnished to eat outdoors (except Bilo 4 type A). Minimum 150 to maximum 300 meters from the beach.
Check-in: between 5 and 8 PM; Check-out: by 10 AM
Minimum 3-night stay from June 24 to September 2 with arrivals on Sunday or Thursday.
Minimum 3-night stay in all other periods with arrivals/departures any time (mandatory arrival on Thursdays for 3-night stays).

Studio Apartment 2, from 1 to 2 guests

Located in the three small buildings that surround the main hotel building and including a living area with a cooking corner, queen size sofa bed or, in some cases, two separate beds. It is possible to add a crib.

Type A DS 4 Two-Room apartment, from 1 to 4 or 5 guests

Located in the small building 300 meters from the sea and including a living area with a cooking corner, queen size sofa bed, master bedroom with queen size bed or twin beds, two bathrooms. These do not have a balcony or a terrace. It is possible to add a 5th bed or a crib in the bedroom.

Located in the small building 300 meters from the sea and including a living/eating area with queen size sofa bed, separate small kitchen, two master bedrooms with queen size beds or twin beds, TV in both rooms, two bathrooms. It is possible to add a 7th bed and a crib in the bedrooms.

General Services and Costs to be paid on site:

Costs to be paid on site:
- Service Fee(mandatory for all guests over age 3 and for a minimum of 7 days): 8 € per person per day for site services and utilities, one weekly change of bed and bath linens, TV in the apartment, pool entrance for adults and children, children's play area, unassigned parking space in private lot, final cleaning. Guests must clean the kitchenette at the end of their stay; otherwise a € 30 charge applies.
- Lacona Card(mandatory for guests over age 5 from June 10th to September 9th): 9 € per person per day and includes beach services per apartment (1 umbrella and two lounge chairs) and that listed under "Sports, Entertainment and Shows" and "Baby club".
- Beach Service: included in rates until June 10th and after September 9th.
- Deposit(mandatory): 150 € per apartment.

Additional Extra Services to be Paid on site:
- Mid-week change of bed and bath linens: 15 € per person per change.
- Crib: 5 € per day (no charge for cribs brought by guests - max 1 per apartment)
- Extra bed: 10% surcharge
- Restaurant Card: 210 € until July 1st and after September 2nd - 245 € from July 1st to September 2nd. The Card includes 7 meals at the resort restaurant, including water, regional bottled wine, soft drinks on tap (Surcharge for the August 15th Gran Gala 20 € per person). 50% discount for children aged 2 - 12. Infants aged 0 - 2 free.
- Breakfast Card: 42 € includes 7 breakfasts at the restaurant. Infants aged 0 - 5 free.
